Can I use mobile sync connect this to multiple portable devices?

As long as you are using compatible devices, Ignite Sync will work with multiple devices.


Can I protect my data in case of conflict?

If the data you are syncing conflicts with data on your mobile device, for example same contact name with a different phone number or 2 events at the same time, the information on your mobile device will not be over written.
   


How does the mobile sync cell phone data transfer work?

This is very simple. It will sync your calendars, contacts, and tasks     from either CRM On Demand or Outlook. Simply download the app on your mobile device, and you are ready to go.


Does email hosting utilize IMAP and IMAP Support?

Yes, we utilize IMAP for all communication to the mail-server. Intelligent caching and IMAP commands are used to reduce the load on the mail-server and allow the Webmail-interface to handle high load and scale between multiple servers. This utilizes additional IMAP extensions if available on the mail-server, including IMAP threading, IMAP sort, and IMAP search functionalities. Full support for IMAP SSL is included.

How do your mail servers handle suspicious emails?

Email that contains viruses (as attachments, even if compressed) is automatically deleted from the system. Each message received via the SMTP server can be filtered by the Anti-Virus plugin and mail delivered to the users mailbox if the email is clean. All viruses are logged in the database, allowing administrators to monitor the system status and protect end-users from infection.

How does your Anti-Spam Filter ensure protection against spam?

The comprehensive email filter is powered by SpamAssassin and has extra runtime settings at the SMTP server level to throttle and block Spammer connections.
