Computer Training

New to computers or switching from PC to Mac (or vice versa)? Learn how to utilize your computer with ease. We can help you with navigation, functionality, web browser basics, software overview, and more.

Let us help you make the most of your computer with computer support services. Computer training includes:

30 minutes of training on your PC and related IT support topics (software, basic PC skills, digital photo, digital video, digital music, etc.). This includes:

  • Lessons in how to navigate in PC or MAC
  • Review of functionality like manipulating windows, connecting devices and common keyboard shortcuts.
  • Introduction to web browser basics
  • Overview of any software included with OS
  • Brief tutorial on how to use your mp3 player, burn your own CD's, copy your CD, and organize your new music library
  • Configure one (1) existing email account (pop3/iMap)
  • Training Services EXCLUDE training on proprietary Ignite 360 information or services such as virus and spyware removal.

 

Social Media Training

Ready to try your hand at social networking? Ignite 360 can help you set up accounts, create personal profiles, teach you about privacy settings, and more.

Need social media help?

Learn how to setup accounts and utilize social networking websites to your advantage. Social Media Training and Configuration includes:

  • Setup and configuration of one new social networking account
  • Training on customizing of personal profile to client's personal taste
  • Tips on configuring privacy and security options
  • Basic details on typical usage, options and etiquette
  • Thirty minutes maximum
