What is one thing that has helped you get to where you are today?
Being where I am today is due mainly to the willingness of the Ignite 360 leaders to take in a kid right out of college and give me a chance to grow and learn on the job. They have taught me so much and given me the time and resources to learn to communicate effectively in a variety of mediums.

If you could sit down with one person, who would it be & why?
I would sit down with me. I am terribly indecisive about things – so maybe if we could have a face-to-face I could make decisions!

What’s one thing that drives you nuts? (pet peeve)
Annoying noises – the dog whining, a fan rattling, or muffled music sounds coming from another room.
