Dennis Dautel is a recognized entrepreneur whose 25 years of business experience have given him the opportunity to found and operate two successful businesses. The core principle by which all his diverse businesses have operated has been to provide excellence service and to help others.

Dennis knows that his greatest achievements are not what can be said about him, but are the events and people for which he can be thankful. His operational responsibility of managing strategic development and company growth is supported internally by a staff that shares his vision, mission and passion; and externally supported through an advisory board made up of highly respected, knowledgeable, experienced private investors and top executives.

While Dennis works hard and strives for excellence in everything he does, he also knows how to have fun with his family. Dennis is married and has four children.  When he’s not coaching his son’s basketball game or spending time with his daughters, you can find him enjoying the outdoors or in the air (yes, he’s a pilot).  His perfect office would be in a hanger at the airport…unfortunately we don’t live in a perfect world.

What is one thing that has helped you get to where you are today?
“Dream Big, Work Hard, Never Quit, and Stay Humble.”  That is the formula.

If you could sit down with one person, who would it be & why?
Milton Freeman or Ronald Reagan. Milton was a great economist. Reagan a great man in so many areas.

How do you balance home life with work life?
They are one and the same for me. I have my family at home and my family at work, and they all blend together. Doesn’t get any better than that.
